Expansion enhances custom metal fabrication capacity and large-scale project capabilities

BTD Manufacturing, a leading custom metal fabrication company, has officially opened a 335,000-square-foot facility on its Dawsonville, Georgia campus. This marks a major expansion step aligned with the company’s long-term strategy to enhance production capacity, efficiency, and customer responsiveness.

The new facility complements BTD’s existing 162,000-square-foot building acquired in 2015, which houses core services including R&D, tooling, fabrication, stamping, welding, painting, assembly, and inventory management. The latest addition enables BTD to support larger-scale projects and improve turnaround times for its growing client base.

Strategic Investment in Customer-Centric Growth

“This new building is more than just infrastructure—it’s a statement of our commitment to growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction,” said Paul Gintner, President of BTD Manufacturing. “We’re now even better positioned to tackle large-volume fabrication projects with the speed and quality our clients expect.”

The Dawsonville expansion plays a key role in BTD’s strategic footprint across the U.S., reinforcing its role as a trusted partner in custom precision metal fabrication and a key player in sectors such as automotive, agricultural, industrial, and power equipment manufacturing.
